Did you report on the Civil Rights Movement for national, local, or student media? The Library of America would like to hear about your journalistic experiences. Reporting Civil Rights documents American journalists' coverage of the Movement by gathering nearly 200 pieces published by 151 writers. This section of ReportingCivilRights.org seeks to broaden coverage of the history of Civil Rights journalism by compiling and posting the most interesting personal recollections of reporters' experiences. We welcome submissions from journalists at every level.
